Early on, while working as an IT Manager, I learned that mounds of data do not always lead to making good decisions. Since then I have chased the elusive goal of developing a set of comprehensive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that would be universal to any business. In the process I discovered my love for learning, research, analysis and my ability to share the insights I have picked up along the way with others.
I found that I enjoy solving problems and helping others to see many potential solutions to the problems facing them. I learned best practices in operations and accounting, marketing and law. Having worked on three continents to optimize business performance, I have also acquired a truly global perspective.
In the past, I have been a part of efforts that resulted in a two-year growth from $3 to $27 million in sales for one of my clients, a highly successful turnaround of a failing manufacturer, and a comprehensive streamlining of new product development efforts that doubled the pipeline, reduced lead-times and delivered better quality of products.
I do not have all the right answers, but through my many experiences, I have learned to ask the right, even if sometimes painful, questions. Although I accomplished more than many people twice my age, I know that my biggest successes are ahead of me. Let’s work together to make sure your company is one of them. Let’s talk.
